‘Rock ‘N’ Roll Suicide’ – David Bowie
Today, I went to work (at the lorry yard).
This evening, I met up with Justine and her mates Katy + Ed, and we drove off to Thetford for an 18th B-day Pahtey. It was good + quite coincidentally, Darren Marsh (The Big Bad Wolf) from my group was there. I danced to S-EXPRESS and INXS.
Justine and I had a groovy time, but I was v. angry that she kept drinking loads + loads of different drinks, her sole object being to get x-tremely PIZZED! I was hoping she wouldn’t get quite so out of control, so we could maybe make love, but no, it wasn’t to be.
In the car, on the way home, she kept on giving me drunken jyp:
‘YOU DON’T LOVE ME ANY MORE…’
‘I HATE YOU NOW, BECAUSE YOU’RE SO QUIET…’
‘OH, YOU’RE FAR TOO SERIOUS THESE DAYS…’
‘YOU’VE REALLY CHANGED…’
And my favourite, the classic:
‘ARE YOU GOING OUT WITH ME
OR YOUR DRAMA GROUP?’
I’m sad and sorry to say, Justine, but that last remark totally put me off you.
I was shocked, upset, betrayed and disappointed.
