People, Hold On

‘People Hold On’ – Coldcut (featuring Lisa Stansfield)

‘DREAMING!’ yelled Jez D. Paff

Last nite, I dreamt of being in Richmond-type countryside, being pursued by some sort of armoured, mythical warrior and hiding in an old smashed-in mill.  Scary.

Later:

‘What Difference Does It Make?’ – The Smiths

Why does Kat hold my hand in College + say she loves me and call me ‘babe’ and hang around with me?  Moreso, why do I permit it?

I saw Maggie at last today.  And that’s all I mean: I SAW her, on her bus as I walked by.  She tapped on the window and smiled at me, I just carried on towards my bus.  Didn’t want to pull her away from the many-paged letter she was reading, did I?  Probably words of love from Vinnie or Dom or some other admirer.

Later:

‘In Too Deep’ – Dead Or Alive

Last Friday, Larry set BTEC PERFORMING ARTS an exercise.  We have to learn (and understand) 20 lines of text from a Shakespeare play before Tuesday 25th April, upon which day we must have our rehearsed piece video-recorded by another group member.  I wasn’t there when he set the work – I was away (on my way to Yorkshire, in fact), so I’ve been rather surprised this week to see my fellow group members slaving away learning play texts.  Now I know what they’re up to, I’ve decided I can’t be arsed with it, being VERY busy with THE CHINESE PLAY.
