The Rainbow

‘December Will Be Magic Again’ – Kate Bush

Today, we ate Sunday lunch and visited Gran and Granddad Winterfood who gave me a Christmas present plus £10 from Gran Sugden and a pair of blue jeans from Louise + Kev.

I then visited my Dad + Annie and we talked at length about Drama, Kate Bush, DH Lawrence and Father Christmas.  We also covered faeries, Celts, pagan festivals, Charles Dickens + our favourite Christmas songs.

I also watched the final part of THE RAINBOW, and it was the greatest piece of television I have ever seen.

I feel great empathy for Ursula Brangwen, and I thought Imogen Stubbs’ acting was wonderful.  The whole thing was iconic.
