Let's NOT Make Love

‘The Leisure Hive’ – BBC Radiophonic Workshop

Dear Diary, I sit alone in the Doctor Who engulfed PURPLE HAVEN, listening to the BBC Radiophonic Workshop album, Doctor Who – The Music.

What has been happening to me?

Well…

I’ve been reading plenty of Doctor Who magazines, and I’m still reading CHRIS BIDMEAD’s Frontios, which is good, but I’m taking it at a leisurely pace.

Later:

‘Keep This Frequency Clear’ – The DTI

As a result of meeting Spock, I have just spent the afternoon with him, here at BLACKBERRY NARROW, talking of STAR TREK, THE PRISONER, A CLOCKWORK ORANGE, ROGER DELGADO + DOCTOR WHO.

Spock is a 33-year-old civil servant who still lives with his mother in Wisbech.  His father died last December and his best friend died merely weeks ago in a tragic road accident whilst driving a replica of the Prisoner Lotus.  Spock is obsessed with Star Trek and The Prisoner and was a fan of Doctor Who from 1963 – 1974.

I think Spock and I are destined to become good friends.

As well as this, I am in touch with sweetness Natalia Wnek, and I hope I’ll be seeing a lot more of her as soon as her ankle gets better.

It’s been a long time, Nat…

Tonight, I went to the pub with Miranda.  For the first time ever, we didn’t make love.  I know she wanted to – and so did I – but I’m getting worried about the fact we don’t use condoms, especially if she’s not going to commit to me.
