Ten Years From Now...

'2000 Miles' - The Pretenders

Very ill with flu.  Still, we overcome these things, don't we?

The van wouldn't start today, so we had to get a garage-type to look at it.

It's frosty and sexy here at the digs in Holmfirth.  I wish Lilith could see it.

Tonight, we cook our company Christmas meal and mellow out.  I'm doing the dessert.

'Winter' - Tori Amos

BARRY: Where is 'home' for you, Ritcherd?  Not where you live or come from, but true home?

Barry put this question to me during the splendid meal tonight.  I was lost and confounded.  I see no place as my home town, I can never say I knew a truly constant 'family'.

I could have cried.

Indeed, tears did dwell in my eyes when I realised 'home' is by the side of Lilith Valentine.

It's time to grow up and face facts, Ritcherd.
