In Peterborough tonight, Martin spent his loot on a new white jacket, a luminous green tie and luminous green gloves.

[The statue of the entwined naked man and woman in the fountain at the Arndale Centre used to stir incredible feelings of hot-blooded heterosexuality within me. I couldn’t walk past it without feeling both physically and mentally turned on. And I was only five – Ritcherd, 1998]
