Grandma Winterfood and I went to Grandma and Granddad Sugden’s. Then we went up town (Castleford). We went to Seymour’s Opticians where I saw Annie, and gave Gerry (Flash’s mum) a Thank You card for letting me stay over. I then bought the ABC ‘Be Near Me’ double-pack and ABC’s ‘That Was Then But This Is Now’ 7-inch, and Men Without Hats’ ‘Living In China’ 7-inch.
Had a pepperoni pizza at Grandma’s and saw Louise and Kev who came over to see me.
LIPS! LIPS! LIPS!

‘I went to stay at Grandma and Granddad Winterfood’s in Castleford and got some more Easter eggs. I also watched 10, starring Bo Derek, on the TV.’
This time last year:
‘I am now very interested and getting involved in Drama/Theatre, and tonight I had my first rehearsal for the Wetlands High School production of Bertolt Brecht’s The Caucasian Chalk Circle. I am playing the Governor and the Monk. We are being directed by my Drama teacher Wilma Hazlitt.’
